ART. 2 – WITHDRAWAL METHOD

1) Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, the Consumer must send a written communication to the email address info@sirioboard.com with all the details on the goods on which he wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The communication must include a copy of the delivery note or invoice or commercial document, as well as the reference of the purchase order. Without this data it will be impossible to follow up on the request

2) Once Sirio Board has received the message relating to the notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the company's Customer Service will contact the consumer via e-mail to accept the request and confirm the possible return of the package.

3) The goods must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping. The original packaging must be used and the product must be complete with everything originally contained. We recommend shipping via insured courier.

4) The customer is responsible for shipping costs and is responsible for the product during shipping. In the event of loss, theft, or otherwise, Sirio Board reserves the right to charge for any damages incurred.

5) Within 14 days of acceptance of the withdrawal by SirioBoard the customer must send the product via courier. Upon arrival of the goods, Sirio Board will verify the integrity of the goods and the presence of all products accompanying the original product.

The company will refund the payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs for Italy only, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which it received the products subject to the withdrawal request. The company will carry out the refund using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that Sirio Board will not incur any additional costs as a consequence of the refund for the chosen payment method, independently, by the customer. If Sirio Board were to incur additional costs for the reimbursement as a result of the autonomous choice of the payment method used by the customer, this sum will be deducted from the amount paid by way of reimbursement.

6) The consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods carried out in a manner different from that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods themselves.

To establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods the consumer must handle and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do so in a shop. Consequently, during the withdrawal period the consumer must handle and inspect the goods with due caution and diligence.

7) In the event of damage to the product during return transport, Sirio Board will notify the customer of what has happened (within five working days of receiving the product in its warehouses) to allow the customer to immediately file a complaint against the courier. chosen and obtain a refund of the value of the product (if insured by the customer). If the customer uses a courier without an insurance contract for damage or destruction of the goods, the customer will be liable to Sirio Board for the damage caused to the product being returned.

The European Commission gives consumers the possibility to resolve disputes online, pursuant to Art. 14 Para. 1 of the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) on one of its platforms. The platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) serves as a place where consumers can seek to reach out-of-court settlements over disputes arising from online purchases and service contracts.

Please package the product appropriately and inform you that we cannot accept returns made by hand delivery.
